We Moved (or did we?)

We've been in "The State Theatre Building" for the last 4 years. It is actually the Francis Palms Building, but most people in Detroit don't know what that is. "The State Theatre Building" however they know right away because we're in the office building attached to The State Theatre and The State Bar. (Directly across the street from Comerica Park and a block down from the Fox Theatre.)

Well, something has changed. In the pictures below, the building on the left is the State Theatre Building and the building on the right is our new building. Can you see any difference?

Okay, so we didn't move, but we're going to have a hard time explaining to people that we're now in "The Fillmore Theater Building"

Back in March, Live Nation (formerly Clear Channel Communications) announced they were going to change the name adding the Detroit venue to Fillmores in New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco. (Detroit New Article)

So I'm not really complaining. From what I understand the theater has changed names before. (It was at one time the Palms Theater) If changing the name works for Live Nation, maybe this building will be noticed more often and we can add some new neighbors.

What I really want to know is whether or not the bar on the first floor is going to change its name.
